BlueStar is supported by almost all mobile devices. You won’t be able to download BlueStar from the App Store (iPhone users) or Google Play store (android users) if your phone isn’t compatible. Microsoft mobile devices are not supported. If you find your phone is not supported, please call our customer care at 1-888-611-4794 (available Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5PM EST).
BlueStar works best when you enter all the data that you have. Once you enter it, you won’t have to re-enter your medications unless you have a change to your medications. BlueStar learns from you. The more information that you give it, the better your results will be.
BlueStar is the first mobile prescription therapy cleared by FDA for adults with type 2 diabetes to help improve self-management. BlueStar is required to be prescribed by a healthcare provider, similar to a medication. However, unlike a prescription for a medication, BueStar does not have to be picked up at a pharmacy to be filled. By activating BlueStar using your registration code, you have officially “picked up” your first prescription. In approximately 30 days, BlueStar will ask you if you'd like to refill in the product. By clicking "yes", you have refilled your prescription for an additional 30 days.
